Mehmet has extensive experience in machine learning, IoT, and building science. He has successfully developed various IoT products while leading interdisciplinary teams in the hardware, web development, and machine learning domains. He holds a BSc degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering and an MSc degree in Building Science from Middle East Technical University. He focused on machine learning-based smell detection methods using indoor air quality sensors in his master's thesis. Prior to this, he worked as a researcher on the SinBerBest project, a smart building collaboration between UC Berkeley and the National University of Singapore that focuses on IoT solutions for intelligent HVAC management. Mehmet's expertise drives Sensgreen's dedication to excellence in smart building technologies.
Ahmet has over 15 years of experience in clean tech. He began his journey as a Co-Founder of Energy Crossroads, a student organization at Stanford University. Later, he joined Stanford University as a Strategy Analyst and co-founded Corycos Group and Kern River Holdings Inc. as an Energy Engineer. With a passion for clean tech, Ahmet became a Co-Founder at Sensgreen and founded two other clean tech startups before joining. He holds a degree in Energy Engineering and Business from Stanford University, and his diverse background makes him a valuable asset in driving the company's success.
Hasan is driving Sensgreen with his passion for sustainability. Hasan has a diverse background in energy efficiency & renewable energy systems, energy markets, and clean transportation. Hasan's knowledge has been developed through key roles at DIW Berlin and ewi Energy Research & Scenarios gGmbH, His contributions to large-scale modeling and scenario development for Europe's natural gas market are priceless. Hasan's work at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) also included leading the development of a total cost of ownership model for Turkey's passenger car market. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University and furthered his knowledge with a certificate in Renewable Energy and Climate Protection from Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg and an Executive Education program in Innovation Acceleration Group.
Zelal is the Head of Data Science at Sensgreen. She specializes in creating custom machine learning and data analytics models to detect HVAC behavior, energy consumption, and indoor air quality patterns in buildings. Zelal's expertise lies in Python for fast data processing, data management, and visualization techniques to ensure optimal representation of analyses on the platform. With proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, she ensures the fastest data flow for analytics on the platform. She holds a BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University
Fatih is a highly regarded electrical and electronic engineer with a strong interest in building automation and cutting-edge IoT technologies. He pioneers innovative solutions for smart buildings using Modbus, BACnet, KNX, and wireless IoT protocols such as LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, Sigfox, and BLE. Sensgreen’s journey to revolutionize the building management landscape is aided by his extensive knowledge of embedded systems that run Linux and Kernel Drivers. Fatih is a Middle East Technical University graduate who brings expertise and dedication to Sensgreen’s mission of creating a sustainable and efficient future for smart buildings.
Carlos García-Mauriño is a telecommunications engineer with a Data Science MsC, specializing in software development. With a passion for creating innovative solutions, Carlos has extensive experience in developing a wide range of software products, including open source software and SaaS solutions.
